Reliance and Facebook launched Jio Mart live on Whatsapp.

Reliance and Facebook launch Jio Mart live on Whatsapp.
After the few days the social media giant Reliance Jio and
Facebook signed a $5.7 billion deal, which leads to go live (Jio Mart) on
Whatsapp. These services are available at some of the areas of Mumbai which
including Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Kalyan. These services will available at several
other cities shortly.
For this service, Reliance has roped lakhs of small scale
business and Kirana stores and it will allow his customer to place an order of
all the important and essential stuff directly through Whatsapp. About 400
Million Whatsapp users are currently there in India. It will encourage all the
people to go for Online purchasing of grocery just clicking on the button.
STEPS TO PLACE AN ORDER ON JIO MART:
- First of all the customer have to add the Jio Mart Whatsapp number 8850008000 to their contact to place an order through Jio Mart.
- Customers have to send a message to the Jio Mart number after adding it to their contact. The customer has to TYPE “Hi” and send it to the Number.
- After that Jio Mart will give a reply along with a link that reads “Welcome to Jio Mart Order Booking Services”. The link to shopping will be only active for 30 minutes. To generate another new link, the customer has to send a fresh message of “Hi” again to the number.
- After opening the link, you will be directly connected to the page that would ask for your information like mobile number, area, locality, etc.
- After giving all the details, a new page with the grocery items listed will have appeared on the screen. You can add any item to your cart.
- After generating the order Jio Mart will send an invoice along with the grocery store’s address and the location of the store on the Google Maps.
- The customer will receive an SMS from the store when his or her order is ready. They can go and take the order from the store and pay itself.
Reliance Jio mart Important note to Customer:
All the customers are required to order their groceries by 7
PM every day so that the nearest grocery store person can keep the things ready
in the next 2 days. There is no minimum and the maximum limit of ordering the
grocery till now.
The social media giant Facebook had made a big investment of
5.7$ billion with another giant in the social media Reliance Jio. As the
Facebook Purchased a total of 9.99% stake of the Reliance Jio with a motive of providing
the opportunity to millions of small scale businesses and people to get the
work and help to rebuild the economy of India. As of now, the coronavirus has a
great impact on the economy so to tackle that the company is promoting the
concept of “DIGITAL INDIA” to do the business and again stable the economy of
